Fitness Motivation – Outdoor Workout

My name’s Martin Blättler and I’m a fitness fitness enthusiast who likes to work out, whether it’s with extra weights or bodyweight only. Calisthenics allows me to train wherever I want without any special equipment. As you might can see, my favourite exercise tool is gymnastics rings.

My goal is to master some advanced bodyweight moves, but also to gain muscle and stay in shape. In addition, I’d like to show everyone how fun functional fitness can be.

I’ve done this movie in cooperation with my good friend G-Yannick in hope to motivate and inspire you.

Gym Performance stands for more than just a training program or a body transformation.

I called Gym Performance into life back in 2014 with the purpose of helping people to get in shape and inspiring others to be active. Gym Performance helps people improve their health, achieve their goals and develop sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life. It’s about the importance of nutrition, how to fuel the body with the right foods and what’s required to improve performance in the gym, but also at the workplace. It’s about feeling vibrant and energized and constantly working on a better version of oneself.

Gym Performance will teach you a lot about your body, learn you discipline and also provide higher self-esteem.
