Here are the ingredients for my Stir fry Okra recipe:
200g Okra sliced into 1cm cubes
4 Cloves garlic, chopped
100g dried shrimp
3 tbsp cooking oil
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 onion chopped
The timings to cook this stir fried lady’s finger recipe are:
10 minutes prep time with a 15 minute total cook time.
