Intensity of exercise for diabetics doesn’t vary too greatly and can stay in between 55%-85% of max heart rate. Hello again friends! 13 weeks out from my first competition as a figure competitor! In this video I go over my diet- pretty similar to what you’d find for any girl competing as a figure competitor- as well as what figure posing for a figure competitor looks like. I love the fact I’m recording myself posing so that I know what to work on, and I think I should start taking my heels to the gym with me!
