Whats up everyone!? This is my Fat Burning Body Blaster Workout! There is a little bit of heavy weight a little bit of light weight and lots of cardio/abs exercises. This is my favourite new workout i’ve done!

We go for BIG results. To burn fat I love to mix weighted exercises and intense cardio burst .You can practically feel the fat melting off your body as you get into a sprint right after finishing a weight exercise. This workout also isolates your clients abs and core. Everyone loves to build there six pack, so give them what they want. This workout will have your crew sore in the morning and feeling their results.

*you should have a mix of light dumbbells for 1/2 of the number of clients in your class and a mix of medium and heavy a dumbbells for 1/2 your class, and preferably enough exercise mats for 1/5 your class.
