✹ Hamburger Helper Recipe ✹
1 lb beef-style vegan crumbles
1/2 diced onion
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 1/2 cups beef-style vegan broth
1 cup vegan sour cream OR unsweetened plain plant milk
12 oz dry pasta
1-2 cups vegan cheddar shreds (optional)

Sautee beef crumbles, onion and garlic until onions are tender and fragrant. Add remaining ingredients, except for cheddar shreds, and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until pasta is cooked. Stir in cheddar shreds and heat until melted.
