You will not get six pack abs by eating normal pancakes with fat maple syrup. So here is an easy recipe for protein pancakes. This is a high protein recipe and is pretty simple and quick to make. You can eat this on a bulk or cut just adjust the serving sizes accordingly. You can’t build muscle and lose weight without the proper diet.

Macros For This Reese’s Protein Pancake Recipe:
– 1 Whole Egg
– 100 grams of Old Fashion Whole Grain Oats
– 6.5 Servings of Egg Makers Egg Whites or about 300 grams
– 14 grams of Dark Chocolate Chips
– 1 Scoop of chocolate whey protein
– 2.5 servings of PB2 peanut butter powder
– 0.25 cup of 1% milk
