This meal prep usually takes me about 20-30 min and I mostly make tacos when I don’t have time or don’t feel like cooking…yeah…life happens.
My favorite part about these shrimp fajita tacos is that you will need only one skillet/pan for everything! Isn’t it great – think about that pile of dirty dishes that you won’t have!
