Elaneer Payasam:
1 Cup Tender Coconut Meat
100 Ml Tender Coconut Water
500 Ml Milk
3 Tbsp Jaggery
2 To 3 Tsp Rice Powder
⅓ Cup Coconut Milk
Steps:
1) Crush Tender Coconut Meat By Hand Or Mixie.
2) Extract ⅓ Cup Coconut Milk.
3) Mix Coconut Water And Jaggery And Give One Boil. Add Rice Flour To Thicken The Mixture
4) Add Boiled Milk
5) Switch Off Gas
6) Add Coconut Meat
7) Add Coconut Milk.
8) Can Add Cardamom
9) Serve Chilled

Sattu Maavu, Protein Ladoo
100 Grams (1 Cup) Sattu Maavu
1 Scoop Protein Powder(Optional)
⅓ Cup Jaggery
50 Grams Water Melon Seeds
1 To 2 Tbsp Milk( If Ladoo Mixture Is Dry After Adding Jaggery Water)
1. Roast Sattu Maavu For 3 To 5 Mins Keep Aside, Add Whey To The Mixture
2. Roast Water Melon Seeds For 3 To 4 Mins Add To Sattu Maavu.
3. Dissolve Jaggery With ½ Cup Water And Boil For 3 To 4 Mins
4. Stain And Add Satu Saavu Mixture. Add Ghee And The Enough Milk To Bind Ladoo.
Can Add Dates Puree Instead Of Jaggery, Use Any Seeds, Can Add Dry Grapes And Any Nuts
