Hi everyone , as our today’s topic was on diet . That how we have to take our diet and our sleep patterns and muscle recovery . So I will like to tell you some details of our digestive system it’s like when we eat anything like carbs , protein and fats .the process of digestion starts in mouth itself which is ingestion with the help of salivary glands. Than with the help of gastric juices like hcl and pepsinogen our digestion takes place . Than there is assimilation means gathering of food and at last excretion of food through urea and urine… so all this happens easily when we rest and recuperate for at least 6 to 8 hours a day . Muscle recovery can also be called as a part of this process which can be described in depth . Body uses food pipe ” oesophagus”. And the digestive system. So that’s it for today .
