In this video, I’m sharing 3 must-try healthy, easy, vegan desserts. These are my go-to desserts for when I’m craving something sweet… they’re easy to make, they can all be stored & eaten later, and they’re filled with extra health benefits (four sigmatic mushrooms, adaptogens, healthy fats, etc)- hope you guys enjoy!!

RECIPES:

1: Chocolate Banana “nICE cream”:

-2-3 frozen bananas
2 packets of Four Sigamtic Hot Cacao

*use 1 packet if you’re making a smaller batch
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the bananas and Four Sigmatic packets in the blender and blend until creamy!

2: No-Bake Quinoa Balls with adaptogens:

-2 cups instant oats

– ⅔ cup unsweetened coconut shreds
– ⅓ cup honey

1-2 tsp Four Sigmatic Adaptogen blend powder

– ¾ cup toasted quinoa

1/2 cup chocolate chips
-¾ cup almond butter

 INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat quinoa in a skillet for 3-5 minutes (until toasted but not burnt)
In a large bowl, add all of the other ingredients together and mix.

Wait for the quinoa to cool down then add to the large bowl

Mix everything together

Roll into balls

Enjoy! This makes a ton of quinoa balls so feel free to store some in the freezer too!

3: Mocha Flavored Pancakes:
-1 cup almond flour

3 tablespoon of coconut flour

-1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

2 packets mocha coffee

– 1/2 cup coconut milk (make sure to shake before opening)

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 vegan egg

coconut oil (for pan)

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a small bowl, make 2 vegan eggs by mixing 2 tbsp chia seeds and adding 6 tbsp water together until it turns into a gel-like consistency.

In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients together and mix.

Mix in the chia egg

Place a little coconut oil in a large skillet and heat over medium low heat. Once the pan is hot, spoon the batter into the pan

Cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes on each side

Once the pancakes are done around the edges, flip them over

Cook for about 3-4 minutes more, then remove from pan

Repeat with the remaining pancakes
