Conor McGregor has an incredibly diverse training regime. It includes…

Conor trains up to 6 hours per day, 5-6 days per week in the build up to a fight.
He is known for training at all times of the day and sometimes in the middle of the night.

Conor McGregor has a dedicated team of world class coaches to help him prepare for a fight. Key members of this team include:

#3 Diet
Conor McGregor employs George Lockhart as his Chef/Nutritionist.
On an average day he eats nine times, and he eats around 4,000 calories a day because he expends so much energy.
He eats lots of good quality meats like steak, chicken and salmon with lots of greens and fruits.
Most of his carbs come from sources like sweet potatoes and butternut squash.
He also supplements with protein shakes during training, and drinks lots of water and coconut water to stay hydrated.
He doesn’t have any cheat meals during preparation for a fight. All foods are based towards high performance.

#4 Next fight
McGregor’s next fight could be his biggest challenge yet, where he takes on Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC229 on 6th October 2018.
