Chicken Changezi Recipe
METHOD
1.FOR MARINATION
CHICKEN – 600 gram
Add
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Yogurt – 100 gram
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
MIX AND MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES
2.MASALA FOR GRAVY
Heat clarified butter – 4 tablespoon
To it add onions – 2 medium sized sliced
Cashewnuts – 12
Almonds – 12
Fry till they turn light brown
Grind them along with 1 cup milk
Keep the ground paste aside
3.In a pan add butter – 1teaspoon and add marinated chicken and cook till
chicken turns 80% tender
4.FOR GRAVY
In the same clarified of fried onions add
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon and fry
Add tomato paste of – 4 medium sized tomatoes
Fry them too
Add Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
And roast them till oil separates
Add the onion paste and roast again
Then add fresh milk cream – 3 tablespoon
Mix it
5.Now add the cooked chicken to it and again mix it and cook well
6.Add dried fenugreek leaves – 2 tablespoon
7.Add few coriander leaves and green chillies – 3
8.Mix well add some water and cook till chicken is tender.
9.Chicken changezi is ready to serve.
