Today’s chest workout starts off with a few different variations of fly movements done on the rings. Next is a few different cross exercises done on the rings, Total Gym and in the dream machine (cable/pulley system). And finishing up with dips on the rings and parallel bars and 3 different types of push ups (close/diamond, planche push ups and maltese push ups). Thanks for watching.
