FULL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
– 3 organic sweet potatoes
– 1 16oz bag of frozen organic butternut squash
– 3-5 organic apples – cut into bite size
– raw pumpkin seeds
-1 cup organic raisins
– nutmeg, cinnamon,
– pumpkin pie spice,
– 1-2 organic bananas
– sea salt
– organic coconut oil
– 1 can organic pumpkin puree
– optional raw unsweetened coconut flakes, chestnuts, cranberries, orange zest
DIRECTIONS:
-Wash, bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour at 400 degrees
-On stove top prepare skillet with coconut oil
-Add butternut squash to large skillet
-Cook at medium heat
-Add pumpkin puree
-peel and mashup 1-2 bananas and then add to butternut squash mix
-add sea salt, raisins, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon
-chop apples and add to butternut squash mix
-when sweet potatoes are done, cool and peel and add to mixtures
-add pumpkin seeds (toasty lightly beforehand if preferred)
-optional add-ons: raw unsweetened coconut flakes, chestnuts, cranberries, orange zest
