Tip: If you do this butt workout with additional weight (holding dumbells), your glutes will become rounder like a bubble even if you are skinny like me. This bubble butt workout will also help tighten your legs in case you want more of a gap between your thighs. This routine is awesome and creates results.

Here are the 6 butt toning and lifting exercises:

1. Toe Pointed Jump Squats
2. Front to Back Lunges
3. Side to Side Squats
4. Reverse Lunge Knee Kicks
5. Ceiling Pushers
6. Bridge kicks
