She has stunned her fans with her svelte pregnancy body.Now the secret behind Vogue Williams’ extraordinary physique has been revealed exclusively to MailOnline – by her fitness trainer.The Irish model and TV personality who is engaged to Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews – the brother-in-law of Pippa Middleton.Despite being four months pregnant with Spencer’s child, she has attracted praise from thousands of Instagram followers for her figure.The pair announced their engagement in February, and revealed last month they are expecting their first child together, a baby boy.Louise Parker, dubbed the ‘figure magician’, today revealed Vogue is undergoing a signature ante natal training class at her boutique clinic.Vogue’s soon-to-be sister-in-law, Pippa – the younger sister of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge – is also undergoing a baby bump bootcamp.The 34-year-old, who is married to hedge fund manager James,is taking bespoke diet and exercise classes from one of London’s top gyms to help her through her first pregnancy.Vogue, 32, only began training after her initial morning sickness symptoms subsided, Ms Parker, a mother-of-three, told MailOnline.Explaining the model’s work-out style, Ms Parker said: ‘My team are focusing on cardio-conditioning – where we work multiple muscle groups at once.’The benefits include keeping all the muscles engaged, whilst gently elevating heart rate to keep up cardiovascular fitness.’Stability is another key component of the routine. Ms Parker explains that muscles like the glutes are vital in stabilising the pelvis.She stresses that it’s important to train muscle groups ‘such as arms and upper back to ensure good posture while breastfeeding’ as it can take its toll.Speaking of Vogue’s enthusiasm as a client, Ms Parker said: ‘She’s a wonderful, committed and devoted client and a pleasure to look after.’Vogue came to us fit and she’s a determined cookie, but she’s listening to her body, eating beautifully and making sure she has rest days.’She’s a busy workload and so it’s important she feels her best and has the energy to keep up with her life.’I’ve no doubt that she will bounce back – she’s genetically blessed as any one can see – but she works consistently for it too.’Ms Parker, who has also helped Hollywood actress Emma Thompson to lose weight and get fit, said the ante natal programmes are ‘entirely bespoke’.She told MailOnline the classes are based entirely on the expectant mother ‘and how she is feeling in any given week’.The classes, held at the Wellness Clinic in Harrods, Knightsbridge, are a led by registered dietitians who advise pregnant women on what to eat.Ms Parker revealed training while pregnant requires an extra level of care.She said: ‘Simply put, you tone and sculpt and don’t have to do extra cardio on the side and its essential we keep a close eye on her heart rate.’We’re very used to this and the strict rules of keeping heart rate 140bpm have relaxed a bit but its imperative that any pregnant wo
