Bodybuilding Meal: Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwich

Low calorie quick and simple sandwich perfect for lunch, dinner or a snack!

The ingredients I used in this recipe are:
2 slices of wheat bread
1 wedge “the laughing cow” garlic & herb cheese
1 serving roasted red peppers
3oz. grilled chicken breast
Sliced red onion

All you have to do is layer the ingredients on the bread and place it on a pan over a medium heat for a few minutes on each side until golden brown or to your liking!
