Bodybuilder Turkey Chili | Prep Food | Fall Recipes

Hey Guys!
The season is changing, leaves are beginning to fall and it’s getting colder! This is the time where a lot of people will stray away from the diet because of all the tempting warm comfort foods – and Halloween candy LOL! I promise this batch of Turkey Chili will keep you on track if you have goals like me and need something a little different this ones for you! – this is one of my favorite meals because I know I’m getting my 5oz turkey with veggies and if I need to add carbs I can add in wheat toast or rice cakes – Super easy! Plus who doesn’t love SPICY!!!

I like to leave the turkey chili in the crock pot for 4-6 hours so the peppers have time to soften. Once your satisfied with the turkey chili you can portion it out into containers and ENJOY for your next meals!

Ingredients:
1lb 99% Ground Turkey
1 Jar Tomato Sauce
1 Can Rotel Tomato & Green Chilis
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Green Pepper
Red Onion (whatever you like)
1 Packet McCormick Chili Powder

Seasoning for Turkey
Salt
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Ground Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
