During my Bhaag Milkha Bhaag Transformation series this was the most asked question on my videos. If your goal is to have lean, Shredded & ripped body, can you eat cheat meals? In this video I scientifically explain the concept of Calories, Macro nutrients, Fat Loss and Caloric Deficit. KFC, McDonald’s French Fries all types of junk food lead to excessive caloric intake, which is a road block during a Fat Loss Transformation. For fat loss Workout & Nutrition needs to go hand in hand. You must’ve have seen Full Day of Eating Videos by Jeet Selal, Gaurav Taneja, Guru Mann, Abhinav Mahajan. But one needs to understand that our body is not concerned with the foods you eat but the nutrients you get from it. If you overeat Calories, even healthy eating foods will make you fat. The most important component for fat loss is: Caloric Deficit. Every diet be it Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Paleo or Carb Cycling works on this principle only. Many people ignore this and this is the REASON why you can never achieve 6-7% Body Fat. BIG FAT LOSS MISTAKES. No matter what pre workout or post workout meal you eat, whether it is Goat Meat (Mutton). Your body needs to be in a Deficit to lose body fat. I don’t believe in Saying No To Junk Food. But I recommend smart manipulation of Calories to burn fat & stay lean year round.
