Core strengthening exercises are important if you want strong abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around your pelvis. Core body exercises are a full body workout for men as well as women.

If you want to stay healthy and strong, it is important to strengthen your core muscles. You core muscles include your abs, back muscles, glutes and pelvic floor muscles.

Core exercises are the right exercises to strengthen your back. If your core muscles are weak, you are more susceptible to injuries, especially lower back.
Core strength training not just flattens your abs, it also improves your respiratory function and stabilizes your spine and ribs.
It is not enough to do just ab crunches or sit ups. If you want to build a strong core, it is important to do a variety of exercises using a variety of muscles starting from your shoulders to hip.
