Before You Exercise, Watch This! | Eric Edmeades

A majority of people who are exercising are doing more harm than good. While exercising is good, when done while malnourished or with toxicity in the system, it is highly damaging.

And while most people don’t think of themselves as malnourished,they are missing out on a big chunk of nutrition that the body requires to exert itself physically. From macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins) to micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), most of us are malnourished in these.

You might be thinking “well, I’ve got my multi-vitamins pills, and pre-workout amino-acid powder, and my protein shakes, so I must be fine” — but your body doesn’t absorb supplements and pills nearly as efficiently as you think.

Before you start working out, you need to increase the amount of nutrition-rich food you eat and the amount of water you take in, while reducing toxicity.
