Workout Description:

This UNLEASHED! Workout is structured in a way to do different combo’s and work our clients bodies in a way to work the elements and maximize results. Compared to most AXFIT workouts there are lots of phases unleashed workouts as we mix in on-the-spot drills with burst of on-the-move drills in between.

The AXFIT Training Style is born out of this UNLEASHED style workout. UNLEASHED incorporates the freestyle aspect of our training. This workout will introduce you to the style of training and help inspire you to create your own UNLEASHED workouts.

Park benches, fields, gymnasiums, stair wells, the streets, beaches, and on the water are just a few environments to explore. There are endless possibilities to what you can do and where you can do it. Strive to think outside the box, follow your instincts, and most importantly keep your clients on their toes.
