Easy Healthy Egg Muffin Recipes!
Ingredients
– 3 Large Eggs
– 9 Large Egg Whites
– Turkey Bacon
– White Onion
– Broccoli
– Bell Pepers (Green, Red, Orange, Yellow)
– White Mushroom
– Spinach
– Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
– Salt & Pepper
Cooking Notes
(I baked the turkey bacon, I find it’s easier and creates less of a mess than cooking on the skillet. For the vegetables, make sure to rinse them and then dice into small pieces. For the egg whites, do your best to separate the white from the yolk using the method I show in the video, or alternatively you could buy a carton of egg whites only, which would simplify the process.)
Calculating Calories For Each Recipe
(All of the macros and calories are calculated using MyFitnessPal. The eggs and egg whites are divided by the total number of muffins, 9. When mixing the ingredients and not weighing each one individually raw the macros may vary slightly for each muffin, just something to keep in mind.)
Storing & Reheating
(Egg muffins are stored in air tight container in the fridge and will keep good for 4, maybe 5 days. And when you’re ready to eat, you can just heat it up in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.)
