Equipment: Light to Medium Dumbbells (8-15lbs.), Exercise Mats (recommended, but not required) *if you do not have exercise mats you can use pylons to mark the workout area for Phase 1,2, and 3.
Workout Description:
All you need for this workout is 15-25 feet of space. This is hard! I love training in a small space and my clients get scared when I say we are sticking to just a small section of my gym. Never feel limited because your indoor location is not huge – you can do anything in the space you have, just be creative!
This is my go-to small space workout because it targets the entire body and gives even my most advanced crew a 10/10 workout.
