My Teriyaki Chicken recipe. This is one of the easiest to make, best tasting, low carb chicken recipes you’ll ever try. It has all the sticky, sweet goodness of its high carb counterpart, but with only a little over 2 net carbs per serving.

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbs avocado oil
Ground black pepper
2 -3 green onion tops, chopped
1 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
Teriyaki Sauce:
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Sugar substitute = 3/4 cup sugar
Makes 4 servings
