Always start with light resistance band. Once you get comfortable with the exercises than you can increase level of the band. You can easily buy these bands from the supermarkets,sports shops or online. Incase if you still can’t get these bands simply go to craft shop and find elastic bands, elastic bands are better than the rubber bands or take the elastic out from your old underwear and use it( No excuses), Choose your resistance level and start looking after yourself.
