These berry protein popsicles are one of the best high protein snacks for weight loss, especially in the summer.

– They’re high in protein.
– They contain no added sugar or chemicals.
– They’re so quick and simple to make.
– And they’re delicious, so they’ll fulfill your sugar cravings, while helping you stick to your diet.

Protein Popsicles Ingredients:
– 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
– 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein powder
– 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice or water
– 2 packets of stevia

Protein Popsicles Instructions:
1. Blend blueberries, strawberries, almond milk, lemon juice, protein powder, and stevia together.
2. Pour mixture into popsicle mold and add a popsicle stick to the liquid mixture.
3. Place container in freezer and allow mixture to harden for 2-3 hours.

As you can see, we only used 1/3 of the protein popsicle mixture since we only filled up 6 smaller popsicle containers.

If you use bigger popsicle containers or have more than 6, this amount of protein popsicle mixture should be a good amount.

We then drank the rest as a protein smoothie as we waited for the protein popsicles to freeze.

Nutritional Information (for entire protein popsicle mixture)
Calories: 298
Protein: 28g
Carbs: 41g
Fat: 2.5g

So take those numbers, then divide it by the number of protein popsicles that you make, to get the calories and macros per protein popsicle.

Even though the recipe sounds just like a typical protein smoothie recipe, by freezing them as popsicles, it makes them feel like a treat.
