What is up everyone! My name is Dave, I am a fitness coach, health coach, men’s lifestyle coach and model, marathon / long distance runner, weight lifter and all around nice funny guy lol from London, currently living in Canggu / Amed Bali Indonesia and Krabi / Koh Phangan Thailand.

I have been traveling for a couple of years and documenting along the way … I have been training in the gym / strength training , running and skateboarding for many years plus been a fully qualified personal trainer / fitness coach for nearly 3.

In this video I take you through a great full upper body workout you can do at home for that toned , strong , fit , lean , athletic , ripped look … the superhero type physique with abs showing and broad shoulders / big arms …. with absolutely no equipment … This is exactly what I have been doing lately for my workouts when not running or training heavy weights at the gym.

This workout targets the shoulders , arms , chest and back along with a bit of the abs and is definitely challenging if you’re used to the standard bench press / lateral raise / bicep curls / pull downs / skull crusher / push ups / rows and pull ups type routine !
This workout is very unique and worth a shot!
