20 minute level two beginner kickboxing home fitness workout. Focusing on boxing and self-defense punches, defense, combinations, counters, footwork. Techniques include: Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, body hooks, shovel hook, stance, step and slide, bob & weave, slip, parry, head movement. Good for all ages, beginner skill levels, and beginner fitness levels.

LombardMMA-FIT is a kickboxing and self-defense fitness program that incorporates kickboxing and self-defense techniques with calisthenics, plyometrics, and core exercises. It is a program built for all ages, skill levels, and fitness levels. There are four levels of workouts and abdominal routines to fit all participants needs.

MMAFx is a mixed martial arts/football off-season cross training system that is used by NFL and collegiate teams and players to increase their speed, power, timing, precision, endurance, and confidence to help them ‘GAIN an EDGE’ on the football field.

Martial Arts Fitness is a life-long Physical Education curriculum designed to bring an alternative fitness activity through martial arts to Physical Education departments and their participating students. The goals are to increase a students endurance, strength, and confidence.
