In this video I will be going over World of Warcraft’s Normal Questing Fitness Routine! Stay tuned!

Exercise Ball –
Pull-up Bar –

Routine
NORMAL
Accept Quest – Jump Squat
Complete Quests – Push-ups, Ball Sit-ups and Pull-ups. If you have don’t have a Pull-up bar then you can do Table Pull-ups but first make sure that your table is sturdy. If you have difficulty with Pull-ups, then you can do a Negative Pull-ups. A Negative Pull-up is when you hold the peak of your Pull-up for as long as you can and descend as slow as possible.
Non-combat Short Action Bar – Stand up into a Calf Raise
Death – Grab ball and run to the other side of the room
Long Action Bar – Lean back on the ball
Public Transportation – Jumping Jacks then Bobble Squats
Cutscene – Hold Legs Out
Load Screen – 3 Jump Squats
Level up – Dance and Bow
