If you are expecting and you want to have a healthy childbirth, Pilates is an excellent way to stay in shape but it must be practised correctly and with perfect form.
Often, women are concerned that the workout is not suitable for them be it early second trimester or the end of the third trimester.
Alexandra is conducting the workouts as part of a series during her own pregnancy so each class corresponds with her own stage of pregnancy.

This pre natal system is proven to work and is suitable for all pregnant women, beginner or advanced.
The workouts include toning exercises and core strengthening routines, including kegels, which will help with an easier childbirth and recovery.
In this pre natal class she uses a chair, for some upper body work.
