In this video I am going to show you one of my very favorite body building recipes. I call this my body building shepards pie! It’s very easy to make and doesn’t take very long. This meal will set you on the path to muscle growth. Follow along or write down the recipe at the end of the video

There are only a few ingredients in this decilous meal. The main ingredient is a pound of extra lean ground chicken. There are three sweet potatoes, one cup of low fat cottage cheese and a small can of corn. This meal is perfect because it is high in complex carbohydrates, high in protein and low in fat.
Muscle Building Diet #3
The basics of the recipes is sauté the chicken, corn and cottage cheese. Whip the sweet potatoes and put them on top of the mixture before putting into the oven. Let bake for 30 minutes and when you pull it out you will have an awesome pre or post workout meal!
