Get ready for a succulent and absolutely delish recipe that has always been one of my favourites! Low carb, a pure source of high-quality protein and loaded with signature taste thanks to Nutralite. It has 0% Cholesterol, rich in Omega 3 and is great for your brain eyes and heart
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Garlic & Oregano Nutralite
2 spring onions sliced
1 ½ tsp garlic
1 ½ tbsp. leek
1 red chilli deseeded
2 tsp. soya sauce
½ tsp. vinegar
1 ½ tsp. honey
300 gms prawns
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
2 -3 strands of fresh thyme
2- 3 strands of fresh oregano
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions:
Place a pan over a medium high flame, once the pan is hot, add oil, Garlic & Oregano Nutralite, spring onions and sauté for a minute.
Add garlic, leek and sauté until slightly brown.
Then add chilli & mix.
Add prawns to the pan and cook over a high flame, prawns have high amounts of moisture content which makes it rubbery if cooked on low flame.
In a bowl, add soya sauce, vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper and mix.
Add the mixture to the prawns and cook until the prawns’ curl or for 5 mins.
Add thyme, oregano, lemon juice, parsley and mix.
Shut the flame and transfer it to the serving bowl, garnish with some more parsley and serve hot.
