My muscle-building and workout recovery smoothie recipe

In this video, I share my special “wonder smoothie” recipe, the one I drink after every one of my workouts in order to recover properly and start building muscle. It’s a raw food recipe, meaning all of the protein is from raw vegan or vegan sources, and pretty much everything that goes into the smoothie is raw. You don’t have to be a raw foodist to drink this — even if you’re currently eating animal foods (meat, eggs, dairy) you can still incorporate this into your diet and reap the amazing results. Enjoy it and get big!
