The past year I’ve received numerous questions regarding if/when I am competing again. I’m stoked to say I’m finally making my way back to the stage and I couldn’t be more excited. My physique is COMPLETELY different in a good way, so I hope you all will be excited to see this journey of mine!

This leg day is also focused on targeting the glutes only, instead of the quads and hamstrings as well. My third leg day each week is focused on glutes and hamstrings only, because I’m not concerned with adding more mass to my legs.
