So, I decided to try to make it more palatable for the others around my house and give it a bit of a twist. These lemon and rosemary roasted chicken thighs have a flavor combination that everyone can enjoy.

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large lemons
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
