Six pack abs workout for beginners or intermediates. This workout can be done at home, park or gym.

Try this 10 minutes no gym home abs workout. This is a very fun home abs workouts. To train and build ab muscles at home. Six Pack Ab Muscles are the dream of majority of men and women who go gym. There are four major groups in our mid section external obliques, internal obliques, transverse abdominis and rectus abdominis: which includes your
upper & lower abs. For best results we need to properly train all these muscles. Transverse abdominis is targetted by compound lifts. But compound lifts do not activate our extermnal obliques and rectus abdominis. For external obliques: side bending & rotational exercises. For upper abs: spinal flexion exercises. For lower abs: hip flexion exercises.
