This inner thigh workout is a quick 6 min home-friendly follow along workout using all my favorite inner thigh exercises that I do in the gym all the time.
Here’s the 6 min workout:
1) Plié Squats | 40 seconds, rest 20 sec
2) Slide In’s | 20 seconds weak side, 20 seconds strong side, rest 20s
3) Inner Thigh Raises | 20 seconds weak side, 20 seconds strong side, rest 20s
4) Chair Lift Off’s | 20 seconds weak side, 20 seconds strong side, rest 20s
5) Side to Side Sumo Lunges | 40 seconds alt sides, rest 20s
6) Lying Windshield Wipers | 40 seconds, done!
Make sure to stretch your inner thighs as a cool down after.
If you want a more intense workout you can repeat the workout twice and/or add weights to the exercises as shown in the bonus clips at the end of the video.
