6 Different Cardio Exercises You Can Do At Home

We all have times where going outside or working out on cardio equipment isn’t an option, and for those days it’s nice to have some cardio exercises you can easily do at home. In this video, Bowflex Fitness Advisor, Tom Holland, walks you through how to do 6 easy cardio exercises that you can use to make into a cardio workout at home.

The cardio exercises featured in the video are:
1) Running in place
2) Jumping Jacks
3) Skaters
4) Punches
5) Side Kicks
6) Burpees

Try to do as many as you can of each exercise for about 30-60 seconds, depending on your fitness level. You can even increase the time, or go through them multiple times, if you feel like you’re ready for the extra challenge.

The other nice thing about these exercises, is that you can mix them up in so many different ways to create variations of workouts. For instance, you could do running in place, skaters, punches, and burpees one day, then mix it up by going jumping jacks, skates, punches, and side kicks the next day. There are a ton of combinations you could do with just six exercises!
