I’m so glad you are here spending this time with me to work hard using our dumbbells to target upper body, lower body, and ab muscles in the workout! We will be completing 3 rounds of 45 seconds of strength exercise and increasing the intensity in some way during those 3 sets! I used 10 lb, 15 lb, 20 lb, and 30 lb dumbbells today but pick weights that challenge YOU where YOU are today! We are working in interval style to really hit as many muscles as possible so we can get the most out of this workout! Share this workout with a friend and I can’t wait to work hard with you!
