1/2 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese (113g)
1 Scoop (30g) Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (16g)
1-2 Packets Sweetener
Calories in the whole recipe:

Tips: Think outside the box. Add fresh fruit, nuts, or anything else to any of the recipes.
Replace sriracha with salsa in the tuna recipe if you don’t like sriracha (if that’s possible)!
Fridge/Freezer for a bit to make them taste even better!
