I feel like I can do anything for 30 seconds. But, with only 10 seconds to recover, this hiit training will have your heart rate up, and your body burning fat like in no time! Criss cross to low front squat
Burpee 180 turn
Dead bug

Round the world front lunges
Donkey kicks
Bird dog
Fast feet tuck jump

Center squat jumping lunge
Center jack side squat
Plank hip drop
Mt. climbers
x3
Squat jump 1/4 turn
Side plank hand to toe
Reverse lunge hop
Box squat jump
