SOOJI BONDA
Rava – 1 cup
Chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Water – 2.5 cups
Oil – 2 tbsp
Dry red chillies – 1 or 2
Curry leaves – 5-7
Cumin – 1 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste

RAVA IDLI
Rava – 1 cup (roasted)
Yogurt – ½ cup
Water – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 5-8 (chopped up)
Green chillies – 1 or 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Carrot – 1 small (grated)
Coriander – a bunch
Salt – to taste
Baking soda – ½ tsp

SPROUTED MOONG CHILLA
– Sprouted Moong – 2 cups
– Green chillies – 4 to 5
– Ginger – 1 inch
– Chaat masala – 1 tsp
– Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
– Lime juice – 2 tbsp
– Flax seeds – 4 tbsp (roasted)
– Salt – 1.5 tsp or to taste
– Water – 3/4th cup

CREAMY EGG AKURI
Eggs – 6 large
Onions – 2 finely chopped
Tomatoes – 2 finely chopped
Green Chillies – 3 finely chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves finely chopped
Ginger – ½ inch finely chopped
Coriander – small bunch finely chopped
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
