Ingredients

2 oz can tuna
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp minced celery
1 tbsp minced red onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
salt and black pepper

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of tuna.
