This video has been a long time coming. I’m super pumped to be able to finally have recorded it and bring it to you now! This is a video explaining exactly how, meal by meal, you can eat 3000 calories a day on only $15 CAD/ $12 US ! That’s for 6 full meals, each different, each with good taste, amazing macro split, and each made with healthy wholesome foods!

This video will finally drive the point home (I hope) that THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!! I always preach and push meal prepping because I truly believe it to be one of the most effective methods to control your nutrition and manipulate your body composition at will! It is highly overlooked, and people say they don’t have ‘time’ or ‘money’ to prep and eat healthy foods.

Well, for the price of 2 drinks at Starbucks, you can have a fully made meal plan that will be extremely optimal to help you build muscle and lose fat at the same time. The great part is… is it’s customize-able! If you require less than 3000 calories a day, it will be cheaper! If you require different macro splits, I explain how you can go about that here as well.
