3 Tips for Fitness Success!

Struggling with results? Confused at the gym and don’t know where to begin? Here are 3 simple, yet overlooked health and fitness tips:

1. Add resistance training to your program – the fact is, you need to work your muscles. Among many benefits, it will prevent injury, illness and strengthen your joints and muscles. Things will feel easier and you will have the energy to do more! HIRE A TRAINER and learn to do it right. Pick at trainer who is knowledgable, professional and that you can trust. You will save years of time and frustration.

2. Consistency over time – move at least 15min every single day. It should be fun and engaging! Don’t stress yourself out, just move! Master this by walking or resistance training 3x a week for 3 months (15-30min). Once mastered, move to 5 days a week. Exercise should be energizing if done right. After a year of consistent practice, you will have built a foundation of fitness and it will become a way of life.

3. Fasting – Eat less. Allow more space in between meals. Avoid snacking throughout the day. Allow your digestive system to rest. Listen to your body. Drink water. We tend to overdo the eating thing, in reality, we don’t need that much food! Intermittent fasting is a great place to start.
