It consists of six 30 second movements to strengthen and tone your abdominals, obliques and your core. It will help increase your metabolism which will speed up your ability to burn the fat covering your abs. If you want 6 pack abs, this workout will help.
In this video, I focus on 5 exercises that target your entire midsection in 3 minutes. Your rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques, and transversus abdominis, also known as the core, will be burning after doing 3 sets.

1. Leg Lifts
2. Suitcase Crunches
3. Leg Extension Crunches
4. Bicycle Crunches
5. Back Extension Lunges
Keep in mind, when you do any abdominal workout, always remember to exhale all the way when you contract or flex your abs. Inhale when you release. This will help develop the abdominal muscle fiber much quicker.
