WHATS GOOD YOUTUBE ?! It’s your boy Jon Mango, back with another fitness & nutrition informative video here. In this video, I’m covering another meal plan outline!

This meal plan is similar to the last budget meal plan video I made, that one was for 3000 calories, and so this one is for 2500 calories. Obviously, there are less calories, but I was able to slash a pretty good amount of money and so we have the final result right here!

Keep in mind – this meal plan is focused on getting quality micronutrients in for a great price. This all to eliminate the excuses you may have had !! However, combining these two things comes at a compromise… taste and variety.

Although the meals sounds (and are) bland, I did my best to still include some combinations that should taste pretty good. But then again, this is form over function… this is NOT for those of you looking for great taste! This is quality GAINs, at a great price… and if you ask me, on a practical scale, this is the best way to go!!
