Coachella weekend is officially behind us so it’s time to look forward and get back on track! Are you with me?

This last weekend I shared a vlog asking if you’d like to see more workouts with Stephen from P. Volve and you answered, YES! I am going to be filming very soon!

Today I am sharing a twenty minute full body workout. You won’t need any equipment for this so you can do this anywhere where you have enough space!

This workout has more cardio than usual because I have been making some small changes to my routine. I feel like it is super important to try out different workout styles and see how your body responds! We are all different, right?

Lately I’ve been integrating a little bit of cardio to get my heart rate up. I usually do this in combination with a butt workout or an ab routine! I’ve even done this with my 15 Minute Butt and Ab Workout video. I’ll make sure to leave links for your guys!

Today’s video will need your amazing feedback, trying my voice over different this time! I love experimenting and your feedback helps me have the courage to always push my boundaries.
