2 MOONG DAAL CHILLA / 1 FULL EGG OMELETTE + 2 BROWN BREADS + MILK TEA(WITHOUT SUGAR)

I SMALL APPLE OR ORANGE + GREEN TEA(ORGANIC INDIA)
MEAL 4:(350 CALORIES)
1 ROTI WITH GHEE + 1 SMALL BOWL OF DAL(URAD/MOONG/MASOOR)
